Anthony is incapable of sitting still, pair that with watching Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaur and I have to have a fun breakfast. Which is why I make mini-muffins.
They are easy to freeze (flash freeze first then put in freezer bag) and reheat, and even easier to eat.
